I really enjoyed my stay here, especially since it’s just a 20-minute walk to the beautiful Johnson Ranch Open Space and the Cultural and Performing Arts Center is only a short walk away, making my city strolls so much more enjoyable and convenient.

No daily cleaning of rooms over multiple nights!!! A bit concerning that I didn't see any offering for laundry service during my stay!!! They need to address cleanliness issues in lobby dining area!!!

I loved the immediate access to Starbucks, and the breakfast burritos were amazing! The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers made for a great chill-out spot. Just a heads up, the front desk could be a bit more welcoming, but it didn't ruin the experience at all. 😊

The location was perfect for my exploration, being conveniently situated between key attractions. The room was tidy and comfortable, with two queen beds that accommodated us well. Also, nearby shopping and dining options made it easy to find meals quickly. I enjoyed the exceptional breakfast burritos at a local spot, which were a delightful addition to our mornings.

The check-in process could be improved to be a bit more efficient.

the courtyard was fantastic! having immediate access to starbucks was a huge plus, and their breakfast burritos were exceptional. the room we stayed in was clean and well-maintained, which really made our stay enjoyable. not to mention, it was just a short drive to pismo beach, which was a great bonus for us. definitely looking forward to our next visit!

The staff was super friendly, especially Melody at the front desk! We took our teens kayaking nearby, which was an absolute blast. It’s great to find such an accommodating place for families that ensures everyone has fun.

My kids wished there were more activities for teens.

The King Room was lovely, but the front desk lacked professionalism.

A Surprisingly Enjoyable Stay!

Our group enjoyed a relaxing 5-night stay. The hotel provided a cozy atmosphere, and the fitness center was well-equipped. Consider bringing your own snacks, as breakfast options were limited. The staff made us feel welcome and promptly assisted us with extra towels. Will return!
